Description
The Rapid eOligoLinker Antibody Conjugation Kit is designed to enable speed, high-quality antibody-oligonucleotide conjugation. This kit works directly with ssDNA (20–80 nt) and forms a stable 3’‑terminal conjugate with antibody for forward applications.
A standard reaction can label Azide functional group in up to 15 nmol of ssDNA (20–80 nt) with a typical recovery of 85–95% after purification. Subsequent maleimide-modified reaction followed by ethanol precipitation, typically yields total recoveries of 70–90%. The separation of labeled ssDNA from unreacted components is achieved using a straightforward spin-column purification method. This procedure effectively removes contaminants and provides clean, pure labeled ssDNA that is ready for immediate use.
